Circa 1990 Dallas Cowboys white home jersey game worn by linebacker Jack Del Rio. Del Rio played 11 years in the NFL with the Saints Chiefs Cowboys Vikings and Dolphins. In 1994 Del Rio was selected to the Pro Bowl. Since his retirement Del Rio has served as a coach from 1997 to the present including a head coaching position with the Jaguars from 2003 to 2011. Blue "55" applied to both front back and both sleeves. "EL RIO" nameplate sewn on back. Eyelet holes are sewn in under both of the arms so Del Rio could get a very tight fit making it tougher for lineman to grab him. Russell Athletic size 50 tag sewn in front tail. Jersey exhibits tremendous game use with numerous team repairs and wear to numbers. The "D" is missing from the name on back.
Includes a letter of provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.
