Circa 1990 Chimo P.L.P.G. 555 goalie stick game used and signed by Edmonton Oilers goaltender Bill Ranford. Ranford played 10years with the Oilers from 1987 through 1995 with a brief stop in 1999-200 and led them to a Stanley Cup Championship by going 16-6 in 1990. Ranford has signed on the white tape of the blade "To Rick Your Friend Bill Ranford #30 1990" in 8-9/1- blue felt tip pen. White tape cover blade and top of handle with smaller tape knob on the tip. Stick displays great game use with numerous puck marks and heavy wear to bottom edge of white tape on blade.
Includes a letter of provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.
