This batting helmet was used by Junior during the 1990-1992 seasons when he had the distinction of playing in the same outfield alongside his father, Ken Griffey, Sr. Junior’s batting helmet shows good game use. There are the expected scuffs from contact with the ground and other equipment along with perspiration stains on the interior headband. The Seattle Mariners cap logo decal is in very good condition and remains bright. The American Baseball Cap size 7 ¼ label is still affixed inside and Griffey’s number “24” sticker is found on the back of the helmet.
