In a hobby that has long celebrated items related to ushers and related ballpark vendors and officials comes a simply spectacular ushers cap from the 1950s Los Angeles Angels when the Pacific Coast League was near its peak of influence and reputation. The cap is nothing short of astounding in its condition with an L.A. Angels embroidered logo at the front superior condition black brim retaining its original shine and lustre and the silk interior of the cap in the same outstanding condition; a diamond-shaped label has seemingly been removed from the inside on the yellow silk. Only a single tiny hole disturbs the red cap cover but its tiny size and location at the back reduces its impact considerably. This is a marvelous artifact from arguably the preeminent minor league in its heyday of the 1950s.
Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from the Newport Sports Museum.
