Wilson Pacific Coast League (Harry A. Williams 1924-31) baseball signed by legendary New York Yankee Hall of Fame slugger Babe Ruth and Boxing Hall of Fame World Heavyweight Champion Joe Louis. Ruth has signed on the sweet spot in beautiful 7/10 vintage black ink with Louis on the panel to the left in bold 8-9/10 black ink. The Harry Williams (PCL commissioner) autograph is a facsimile stamp that came on all PCL balls of that era. The ball itself is clean slightly off white. Beautifully signed baseball by two sports legends a rare treasure indeed!
Includes letter of provenance from Ed Crosby former MLB player (1970-76 with Cardinals Reds & Indians) and father of 2004 AL Rookie of the Year Bobby Crosby.
