This offered third base was used during Jeter night on May 14, 2017 when the Yankees fell to the Astros 10-7. Alex Bregman and George Springer both paid tribute to Jeter in their own way by knocking in a couple of memorable home runs in the first inning against Masahiro Tanaka. The offered base has tons of use and has "THE CAPTAIN" "NEW YORK YANKEES MAY 14, 2017" molded into opposite sides with "2" Molded into the other ends. Jeter has signed the base and inscribed "#2 Retired 5/14/17" in bold black markere. Jeter's auto presents MINT whiile his inscription is EX. An outstanding tribute to the captain and beautiful keepsake for any advanced Yankee collector. Authentication from Steiner, MLB and Beckett.
