From the moment the Los Angeles Rams traded Jared Goff for Matthew Stafford prior to the 2021 NFL season, they knew the team had a chance to do something special. The Rams finished the season with a 12-5 record, winning the NFC West for the first time since 2018. After obliterating the Arizona Cardinals 34-11 in the Wild Card Round, the Rams won two nailbiters 30-27 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the Divisional Round and 20-17 versus the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship to return to the Super Bowl for the first time since 2002. Super Bowl LVI was another heart-stopping game for the Rams faithful, as LA took a 23-20 lead with under 90 seconds to go that they would never relinquish to win the franchise’s first Super Bowl in Los Angeles.
Jason of Beverly Hills went all out with the design of this Rams Super Bowl LVI ring. The face is emblazoned with the team’s “LA” logo set atop a pair of palm trees and the Lombardi trophy. A sea of genuine diamonds surrounds the Lombardi trophy. All of this is situated among a sea of genuine diamonds. The rest of the top of the ring depicts SoFi stadium, with diamond-studded columns. This was one of the first championship rings to have the whole top twist off, revealing the inside of SoFi with the Super Bowl LVI field on display. The Rams became just the second team ever to win the Super Bowl at their home stadium.
On one shank are the words “WORLD CHAMPIONS” above the final score “LA 23 CIN 20,” “RAMS,” and the Super Bowl LVI logo. The staff member name “MARTIN,” the Rams head logo, and “RAMS HOUSE” are found on the opposite shank. Dozens of additional diamonds wrap around the perimeter of both shanks. The inside of the band is engraved with the scores of each of the team’s playoff victories leading up to and including the Super Bowl, along with the copyright “JBH-598.” The ring is accompanied by the large Jason of Beverly Hills presentational box, which is printed with “SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS 2021” on top. When opened, the box features a rotating display complete with a pair of LED lights to give the ring the shine it deserves. The ring is made up of 10K white gold, is a size 10, a total of 6.4 carats in diamond VS in clarity and G color and weighs an impressive 105.16 grams. Ring mimics Sofi and features a removeable top that replicates the stadium. Very few rings have ever been offered from this super bowl and with a recent “C” level ring being sold for $48,000 at a competitor’s recent auction, we expect this beauty to sell for much more.
