We have never seen anything like this in the hobby. A massive one-of-a-kind autograph and inscription from the rising star and new face of the NFL fresh off his Super Bowl winning season. During media week before this year's Super Bowl in New York a few players from the Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos wrote their Super Bowl promises and predictions on a giant chalkboard for a Fox promotion. They were asked to finish the sentence starting with "I will _____." Using a thick piece of white chalk Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson responded with "Play the Best 60 minutes of my Life!" The message is 35" in length! He then signed and inscribed "Russell Wilson #3 Matt 6:33 Go Hawks!" in a large 12" by 7" area to the bottom right of his pre-game promise. In our opinion the autograph and inscription grade a perfect 10/10. Lined up directly below the long chalk message are two 4" x 7" matted photos of Wilson writing on the board (essentially self-authenticating the piece) as well as a triumphant shot of him holding the Lombardi trophy on the field after the victory. The large section of chalkboard has been cut out and preserved under Plexiglas with a huge 67.5" by 20.75" rectangular black frame. A "Russell Wilson" engraved nameplate adorns the top of the frame with a "Super Bowl XLVIII February 2 2014" plate on the bottom. If Wilson didn't play "the best" 60 minutes he certainly played the most important 60 minutes of his life on the world's biggest stage. You won't find a larger more impressive Russell Wilson autographed piece out there. Perfect for the office man cave or wall display.
