Derek Jeter the retired former team captain of the New York Yankees had a stellar big league career that included five World Series rings five Gold Glove awards and 14 All-Star Game appearances. This lot features a pair of Jeters game-worn pair of Nike #2 Jeter batting gloves from his farewell season of 2014. It was the same season in which Jeter collected his last 149 hits to add to his all-time Yankees hits lead of 3465. The tri-tone gloves (white blue and gray) show ample game usage and include the Nike Jumpman logo in silver on the back and a #2 Jeter blue patch sewn into the underside of both wrists. A raised silver baseball diamond logo is included on the wrap-around Velcro portion of each glove.
