Another one and done prodigy out of the University of Kentucky John Wall has established himself as one of the NBA's elite point guards. In 2013-14 his fourth year in the league Wall started all 82 regular-season games for the Washington Wizards and recorded a career best 721 total assists to lead the NBA. He averaged a career-high 19.3 points and dished out 8.8 dimes per game to earn his 1st of what will be many All-Star appearances. This lot features his game-worn Wizards road jersey from that very productive season. The red polyester Adidas jersey (size XL2) shows light to moderate wear and presents beautifully with proper tagging on the left front tail including the Adidas manufacturers tag (with a strip tag reading LENGTH +2) as well as an NBA game tag (numbered WWI0327). Across the front of the jersey reads Washington in white while just below it is Walls uniform No. 2 in blue tackle twill outlined in gray. On the reverse in similar fashion is Walls uniform number (7.5 tall) with his last name WALL in white lettering sewn directly on to the red jersey. The embroidered Wizards logo is centered on the reverse just below the collar while the NBA logo rests on the left front shoulder area.

Includes Letter of Provenance from collector Bruce Tennen.

A Michigan native Bruce Tennen began his sports business career in the late 1970's covering Arizona teams as an AP journalist. He spent the early 80's working in the front office for the San Diego Clippers before eventually settling down near his hometown of Detroit and building a successful career in financial services. Bruce has facilitated credit and acquisition funding for numerous Detroit Pistons players and executives. These unique experiences and connections have helped him build an impressive memorabilia collection. Part 1 of the Bruce Tennen Collection was featured in SCP's 2014 Fall Premier Auction.
