ADDENDUM: CLEATS ARE FROM TROUT'S PRE-ROOKIE 2011 SEASON.
Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim outfielder Mike Trout burst upon the Major League Baseball scene with a powerful bat as well as incredible speed on the base paths. In 2011 the Angels called him up to play in just 40 games and he collected 27 hits including five home runs and four steals. A year later he was named American League Rookie of the Year after batting .326 with 182 hits and 49 stolen bases. This pair of Nike Air Max cleats were worn by Trout during the 2011 big league season. He has signed both cleats on the top of the toe area in blue felt marker and added his uniform number "27" and 2011 G/U. The multicolored cleats (black/grey/white/red) show substantial on-the-field use and even include remnants of infield dirt attached to several of the spikes. Red laces complete both shoes.
