ADDENDUM: It's a 2011 bat not 2012 as stated in catalog.

Rookie shortstop Jose Iglesias opened eyes during the 2013 season when he posted a .330 batting average in 63 games with the Boston Red Sox before being dealt to the Tigers later that year. He was an Alll-Star shortstop in 2015. This Louisville Slugger C271L professional model bat is identified by the MLB Auth. database as having been issued to the Boston Red Sox on January 17 2012. The knob is stamped with the manufacturing date "5/13/2011" and its "33.5/30.5" length/weight specs. Iglesias minor league uniform number 76 is written on the barrel and knob. Iglesias most likely used this piece of ash lumber in 2011. He was called up briefly in 2011 and 2012 but did not get enough at-bats until 2013 to be an official rookie. The black finished bat shows outstanding evidence of game use on the handle and barrel and remains un-cracked.

MLB Auth. #FJ 755323.
