Arguably the biggest star on the Braves roster is All-Star first baseman Freddie Freeman. This un-cracked Louisville Slugger I13L professional model bat was used during Freeman's official rookie season in 2011 when he ended up second on the ROY voting behind teammate Craig Kimbrel after posting a .282 average with 21 honers and 76 RBI. The bat has "FREDDIE FREEMAN" in block letters on the barrel in addition to the model number and ATLANTA BRAVES. The date of manufacture (09/22/11) length (34.0) and weight (32.0) are stamped on the knob and the letter A indicating the bats Amish maple components. A moderate coating of pine tar exists on the handle. This bat shows tremendous evidence of game use with heavy ball and stitch marks including transfer marks and white leather scuffs. Grain swelling from heavy contact is also apparent. Perfect rookie gamer from the rising star first baseman.
