"Sheff" as his teammates call him had an impressive career. Known for his bat speed and ability to "jump" on a pitch Gary Sheffield was a power hitter who could hit for average sporting a .292 career average along with 505 home runs. This black Marucci Sheffield professional model bat shows moderate game use including multiple ball marks. Custom white taping appears around the knob and tapered up the handle a unique feature found on his gamers. Sheffields number 3 is written inside the cupped barrel end in silver and stamped on the knob. Sheffield signed the barrel in silver Sharpie and precisely inscribed it "Game Used 2007 Road to 500." His own Sheff 11 hologram is affixed at the end of the barrel.
