The 2005 Chicago White Sox ended 88 years of futility by winning the 2005 World Series. They won the American League Central division title before sweeping the defending World Series Champion Boston Red Sox in the ALDS. Chicago bested the Angels 3-1 in the ALCS to set up a World Series matchup with the Houston Astros. Chicago swept Houston 4-0 in the Fall Classic to hoist the Commissioner's Trophy for the first time since 1917.
Offered is a pendant commemorating that achievement. The 14K gold piece mirrors the face of the White Sox championship rings from 2005. The interlocking "Sox" logo is made up of diamonds in the center, and is encircled by two additional rows of diamonds. "2005 WORLD SERIES CHAMPS" and the Jostens logo is engraved into the back. Includes the original presentational box.
