Upon his arrival in Boston in 2001 Manny Ramirez transformed the beloved but "cursed" Red Sox franchise from a pretender to a contender to World Champions. Since that time even his harshest critics came to respect his raw power and talent that made him one of the most feared sluggers of his generation.
Manny Ramirez used this Louisville Slugger P72 Model Bat in the vicinity of the seminal 2004 season Ramirez signed his name and inscribed 24 and WS MVP in silver marker on the barrel. The bat is un-cracked and shows evidence of light to medium use. Mota stick cover the full length of the handle and Ramirez 24 is written on the knob. A hologram from Ramirez own memorabilia firm is affixed to the barrel.
