Former major leaguer Vladimir Guerrero was a spectacular hitter who finished his 16-year career with a .318 batting average. Known for his power as well he crushed a total of 449 home runs. This lot features the former 2004 American League MVPs autographed and game-worn Nike Zoom Air cleats from the 2001 season with many style matches from that campaign. That year his third-to-last in Montreal he batted .307 with 34 home runs 108 RBI and 37 stolen bases. The customized blue-gray-and-white cleats are heavily cushioned and show good game usage with remnants of dirt still residing on the bottom of both. Guerrero has signed both shoes in silver marker and added his uniform 27 next to each signature. Both tongues also boast Guerrero's uniform embroidered in gray. Original cleats and shoelaces remain intact.
Includes letter from Vladimir Guerrero for game usage. His signature on the LOA has been PSA certified (H60363).
