Nate Fikse played for UCLA from 1999 to 2001. Nate averaged 44.2 yards per punt for the 2001 season. Manuel White was a freshman that year and playing behind DeShaun Foster contributed 305 rushing yards and averaged 16.0 yards per kickoff return. The jerseys in this lot include a Nate Fikse road jersey with appropriate game use for a punter and has been signed across the "9" of his #19 jersey in white felt tip pen. The signature is crisp and legible and would rate a 9-10/10. The jersey is a road white with blue over gold tackle twill numbering and letters. The name has been attached to a white nameplate and numbered front and back as well as the sleeves. On the inside collar is the Adidas label with "42 and 01" tags and Adidas has been stitched on the upper right chest.
The Manuel White jersey is a home powder blue jersey bears the number 29 in gold on navy blue tackle twill on the front back and sleeves with the same color letters on the back mounted on a powder blue nameplate. On the inside collar is the Adidas label with "46 and 01" tags and Adidas has been stitched on the upper right chest. This jersey shows moderate game use with contact markings snags and a puncture hole on the right front sleeve.
Includes a Letter of Provenance from The Newport Sports Museum.
