This lot features former NFL and UCLA running back DeShaun Fosters game-worn and autographed UCLA Bruins helmet from the 2001 season his senior campaign. As a junior at UCLA in 2000 he led the Bruins with 1037 yards while scoring 13 touchdowns. His senior year he posted 1109 yards with 12 touchdowns; he had six games of over 100 rushing yards. He set a school record with a 301-yard game against Washington and tied a record with four touchdowns (both records since broken by Maurice Jones-Drew). His game-worn Bruins helmet with its chin strap intact shows ample game usage with multiple scrapes and paint transfers throughout. His name appears on the inside just above the left ear hole and his uniform No. 26 graces the back of the helmet. He has signed the helmet on the top left in blue marker and added his uniform number 26 as well as the following inscription: 3742 Yards 48 TDs. While the signature is legible it has faded over time.
