The 2000 Olympics was another for the books for USA Basketball. The USA men's team defeated France in the gold medal game to win gold for the 12th time in 14 basketball tournaments. They pulled off this feat even with the likes of Kobe Bryant, Allen Iverson and Tim Duncan withdrawing from the team for various reasons.
Presented is a ball autographed by the members of the 2000 USA Men's Olympic Basketball Team. The 20 signatures on the ball include Hall of Famers Jason Kidd, Gary Payton, Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen, Larry Brown, Gene Keady, Alonzo Mourning, Tim Hardaway, and head coach Rudy Tomjanovich.
