2000-01 Dallas Stars home jersey game worn by Hall of Fame goalie Ed Belfour. Belfour played 17 seasons (1989 2007) in the NHL at the Goalie position. With 484 wins Belfour ranks 3rd all-time in the NHL. Belfour is one of two players to win an NCAA Championship Olympic Gold (2002) and a Stanley Cup (1999 with Dallas). Belfour was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2011. Large Dallas Stars logo sewn on chest. "20" along with Stars Texas logos sewn on both sleeves. Large "200" sewn on back along with "BELFOUR" nameplate and KOHO patch. Size 58 tag sewn in back of collar. NHL logo sewn on outside back tail. MeiGray 2000-2001 Collection Set 2 tag sewn on inside of back tail. Jersey exhibits light to moderate wear.
Includes a letter of provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.
