PGA Tour member John Daly is known primarily for his driving distance off the tee which has earned him the nickname: "Long John. His two greatest on-course accomplishments are his "zero to hero" victory in the 1991 PGA Championship and his playoff victory over Costantino Rocca in the 1995 Open Championship at St. Andrews. This lot features a pair of woods (one tournament-used) autographed by the burly linkster. The first club is a 45-inch is a tournament-used Titleist Pro Force driver that Daly has signed in black marker on the club head. Its two-tone (purple and gold) shaft certainly stands out against its black-and-white Golf Pride rubber grip. The second club is a 43-inch TaylorMade professional model 7 wood that Daly signed in silver on the top of the black club head. A couple of elite clubs signed by one of the PGA Tours most colorful living legends.

Includes Letter of Provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.
