Curt Schilling found his groove when he was traded to the Phillies in 1992. He pitched the Phils to the pennant in ’93 and then twice led the NL in strikeouts. This game worn jersey dates to Schilling’s 1999 season in which he won 15 games for the 3rd place Phillies. The home white pinstripes has the Phillies logo across the chest in red and blue embroidery on white tackle twill. The Russell Athletic and size 48 labels are sewn in the lower left tail and Schilling’s number “38” is on the left sleeve in red embroidery on white tackle twill. The back has “SCHILLING” above his number “38” in red and white tackle twill. The jersey displays good game use with some light staining throughout. A great looking gamer from one of the most dominant pitchers of the 1990s and early 2000s. Comes with a letter from Phillies Charities, Inc. that attests to the authenticity of this jersey.
