This signature model Louisville Slugger C271 shows solid evidence of use by ARod during his 1999 campaign with Seattle. ARod pounded 42 homers in '99 with 111 RBI. Several ball stitch and cleat marks are evident on the barrel including distinctive blue label transfers. One such ball label transfer is so distinct that most of the Rawlings blue sweet spot manufacturers label can be read on the back of the barrel. A large handle crack and light pine tar also apparent. Arod has signed the barrel with his added notation 1999 Game Used in silver marker. A nice harder to find early career bat from one of the game's all-time greatest players.
