1998-99 Dominick Hasek Autographed CCM Professional model Buffalo Sabres 1996-2000 style home uniform. Hasek has signed on the white number on the back in 9/10 looking black felt tip pen. Very large Buffalo head logo sewn on the front. "39" in white with red trim and "B" with sabre through it logo sewn on both sleeves. "HASEK" In white with red trim sewn on nameplate on back and large "39" in the same white with red trim. Fight strap present. CCM and NHL logo tags sewn on back waist band. CCM tag sewn in back of collar. Small 3/4" tear to the right of logo on front. Jersey in nice shape.
