Here is an impressive game-worn jersey and pants lot from Dana Stubblefield a fearsome defensive lineman for four teams in a standout 11-year career but most notably for San Francisco. In his rookie year Stubblefield led the 49ers with 10.5 sacks (making himself The NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year) and recorded 8.5 the following year. He appeared in the Pro Bowl in 1994 and 1995. This jersey hails from 1997 when he recorded 15 sacks and was named 1997's NFL Defensive Player of the Year by the Associated Press. The red mesh home gamer with red spandex rib panels has Stubblefield's No. 94 in white gold and black tackle twill on the front back and shoulders. "Stubblefield" is done in black and white tackle twill on a red nameplate on the back; the screened Reebok logo appears on each sleeve. The iconic NFL shield logo at the bottom of the neck. A Size 52 Reebok tag is featured on the collar with "100 % Polyester" attached small flag tag. A Reebok Pro Line 1997 tag appears at the front of the tail. Stubblefield has signed his number on the back in black Sharpie adding inscriptions of his No. 94 and "NFL DEF Player of the Year." The jersey shows significant alterations and game wear. Sleeves are custom cut and hemmed. Numbers have dirt and contact hit marks. Shoulders have unrepaired holes hit marks and paint transfers.

The size 40 pants from the 2001 season show solid wear as well with an unrepaired hole identified by tape from the equipment manager. Adidas manufacturer with "1" flag tag are located inside the crotch across from "94" handwritten in black. There is also a tiny flag tag with "40" on the inside of the belt. The gold colored pants sport black and red elastic striping alternates down each leg. Embroidered Adidas logo patch is sewn on the front right and the NFL shield logo patch appears on the left. Belt laces and all other elements appear intact and largely as issued.
