Through 19 seasons in the major leagues, retired Atlanta Braves star Chipper Jones posted a career batting average of .303 and rocked 468 home runs. This lot features a 1997 game used and signed Chipper Jones pro model bat. From the season in which he made his second consecutive All Star Game appearance, this un-cracked Rawlings MS20 bat shows evidence of outstanding use with contact marks, paint transfers from bat racks, and more. Jones has signed the bat in blue marker and added the inscription “91 Game Used Bat 1st season at Turner Field!” Jones’ uniform number “10” appears on both the barrel and knob ends in black marker.
Includes LOA from John Taube of PSA/DNA with perfect GU 10 grade, plus Beckett LOA for autograph and inscription.
