1997-98 Phoenix Coyotes jersey games worn and signed by goaltender Nikolai Khabubulin. He has signed his name and jersey number on the back in 8-9/10 black felt tip pen. Nikolai has been playing in the NHL since 1994 and is currently an unrestricted free agent. He has played for the Jets/Coyotes Lightning and Oilers and was the first Russian born goalie to win the Stanley Cup in 2004 with the Lightning. In 1992 Nikolai won Olympic gold in Albertville. Large Phoenix Coyote logo sewn on front. "GOALS for Kids" and "PHOENIX COYOTES" patches sewn on left and right shoulders respectively. "35 sewn on both sleeves. Large "35" sewn on back along with "KHABUBULIN" nameplate. Starter Center Ice and "60-G" tags sewn in back of collar. Starter logo tag sewn on outside back tail with "Official 1998-2 Game Worn Jersey" tag sewn on inside back tail. Jersey shows moderate use with a few holes in front.
Includes letters of authenticity from the Coyotes General Manager MeiGray and a letter of provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
