1997-98 Edmonton Oilers jersey game worn and dual signed by goalie Curtis Joseph. Joseph has signed both the large Oilers logo on front and the number "3" on back "Curtis Joseph 31" in 8-9/10 black felt tip pen. Curtis Shayne Cujo Joseph played 19 season in the NHL (1989-2009) for the Blues Oilers Maple Leafs Red Wings Coyotes And Flames. Joseph is known for his snarling dog goalie masks inspired from the movie Cujo and also from the first two letter of his first and last name. Joseph won Olympic gold in 2002 playing for Canada. Joseph was never on a Stanley Cup winning team and holds the record of most career wins (454) of any goalie that never won a Cup. Large Oiler logo sewn on front of chest. "31" and smaller Oilers logo patches sewn on both sleeves. Large "31" sewn on back along with "JOSEPH" nameplate. CCM Size 58 and RCM Sports tags sewn in back of collar. CCM and NHL logo sewn in back tail. Jersey exhibits light to moderate use.
Includes a letter of authenticity from the Oilers and a letter of provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.
