Hall of Famer Warren Moon one of the NFLs greatest quarterbacks ever turned in another stellar campaign during the 1995 NFL season. Playing in just his second year in Minnesota the then-39-year-old Moon passed for more than 4000 yards for the fourth and final time of his NFL career. This is Moons game-worn Vikings home jersey from that season. The size 42 Long Pro Line Starter authentic Minnesota Vikings nylon/mesh jersey includes the Vikings 35th Anniversary patch sewn across the left chest and shows the 95 tag (indicating the season) sewn into the bottom left front side of the jersey next to the manufacturers label that reads: Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Minnesota Vikings." Moons nameplate is stitched across the back of the shoulders in purple tackle twill letters. His purple uniform No. 1 is sewn on the front back and on both sleeves and Moon has signed the back of the jersey in fine-point silver marker across the No. 1. Hes added 1 at the end of his signature.
Includes a letter of provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.
