Featured here is Rick Tabaracci's Calgary Flames custom-made goalie mask game-worn during the 1995-96 season. It is a "B.IVENS/95" design as the artist signature on each bottom side indicates and the fiery red orange and green paint job is wonderfully done. The rear head/neck guard has "FLAMES" and two team logos stamped along with an "Eddy Masks" label at the bottom. The full cage painted in white and original chinstrap are fully intact. All interior fiber padding and cloth straps are intact as well. The mask shows evidence of use with a couple paint transfers on the exterior heavily stretched straps and sweat stains inside. The gorgeous exterior paint job looks like it was done yesterday. What an incredible offering for Flames fans and hockey collectors alike!
Includes a letter of provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.
