1995-96 SHER-WOOD goalie stick game used and signed by Hall of Fame goaltender Grant Fuhr. Fuhr back stopped the Oilers to four Stanley Cup Championships between 1984 and 1988. He is number 9 on the All-Time Wins list with 403 and was the first black player inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame. "FUHR G. 31" stamped on side edge. Blade of stick and top end of handle covered in white tape. Large knob of tape to form knob at end. Stick exhibits very heavy use with numerous puck marks and tears to the white tape on blade. Four holes on one side from when stick was mounted in a museum.

Includes a letter of provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.
