Anthony Miller was a 5-time Pro Bowl selection whose best year as a pro came during the 1993 season with the Chargers when he caught 84 passes for 1162 yards and 7 TD's. But almost just as impressive was his production during the 1995 season when he scored on 14 TD receptions as a member of the Denver Broncos. This lot includes Millers game-worn and autographed Denver Broncos helmet that he wore between 1994 and 96. Still sporting the old look of the bucking Bronco on either side as well as the teams old colors prior to changing over to the teams current look the helmet shows plenty of ample use with scrapes and paint transfers evident and includes Millers No. 83 on the back in white. The shell Schutt facemask and Riddell chin strap are all intact. What makes this helmet unique is that it was gifted to Hall of Fame wide receiver Jerry Rice by Miller and includes an special inscription in black marker on the left side panel that reads: To the best Jerry. Millers signature and his uniform number (83) follows beneath the inscription. Though fading is apparent both the inscription and autograph are legible.

From the collection of the late Dave Rahn (pictured with Rice) the 49ers' Director of Operations for 16 years. Includes LOA from his wife. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.

From 1986-2002 Dave Rahn served an integral role within the San Francisco 49ers organization. Starting as a public relations and media coordinator he soon took over as director of travel and team services where he was responsible for all football operations including travel and accommodations practice schedules lodging and meal planning. He later managed the concert tours for Fleetwood Mac Sheryl Crow and Lionel Richie. In 2014 Dave Rahn passed away in after a courageous 2-year battle with cancer. "He was like a wheel and all these spokes from those years came from him" said his close friend former linebacker Gary Plummer. "He kept the 49ers family from those times together." His collection includes dozens of 49ers game-worn and autographed items gifted by the many players and staff members who were loyal friends to Dave and will forever remain close to his loving family.
