During the 1994-95 NBA season the Phoenix Suns 6’ 6” powerforward Charles Barkley averaged 23 points and 11 boards per game. The then-31-year-old helped Phoenix post a 59-23 record on its way to capturing the Western Conference’s Pacific Division crown. This lot features Barkley’s game worn road jersey from that season. The purple mesh jersey features the Suns logo screened across the chest between the word “SUNS” and #”34” in white-on-black tackle twill. With “BARKLEY” and “34” on the reverse in similar tackle twill fashion the jersey exhibits light wear. Proper Champion manufacturer’s tagging exists on the front left tail (size 52) adjacent to the team exclusivity tag touting the 1994-95 season and “Body Length +3.”
