1987 California Angels road jersey game worn by long time Angel's coach Jimmie Reese. Reese spent almost his entire adult life in baseball mostly as a player and coach. The last 22 years of his life he spent as a coach with the Angles until his passing at age 92 in 1994. His specialty with the Angels was hitting fungos in practice using a bat of his own creation. "ANGELS" in red with Navy blue trim sewn across chest. "50" sewn below in the same red with Navy blue trim. California Angels patch sewn on left sleeve. "REESE" and "50" sewn on back in red with Navy blue trim. Rawlings size 42 and "1 87" tags sewn on front tail. Jersey exhibits moderate game use.
