After concluding a prolific 22-year playing career (1954-1975) that earned him a hallowed place among baseball’s immortal legends in Cooperstown Hall of Famer Harmon Killebrew served as an unofficial hitting instructor for the Oakland A's from 1979 through 1982 while also working as the team's broadcaster. Presented here his Killebrew’s 1981 A’s road jersey with the iconic slugger's number 3 in green on white tackle twill on the back with his last name above. The Rawlings (size 48) tagging on the inside lower-right tail includes the small white "Set 1 1981" flag tagging. The jersey is signed on the front in perfect black sharpie by Killebrew and shows expected light to medium wear.
