Beautiful pair of game-ready pro stocks sticks that formerly belonged to Hall of Fame center Marcel Dionne the 4th leading goal scorer in NHL History.
Marcel Dionne was Wales team captain and started the 1981 All-Star game with fellow Los Angeles Kings "Triple Crown" line mates Dave Taylor and Charlie Simmer in the 4-1 loss to the Campbell Conference. "M DIONNE" is printed on the upper handle. "33rd NHL ALL-STAR GAME FEB. 10TH 1981 THE FORUM LOS ANGELES CALIFORNIA" printed on blade. Clear tape also covering blade. The shaft is team-signed; however few of the autographs are legible due to the fading of the pens on the wood.
In the 1983 NHL All-Star Game team Captain Marcel Dionne had one assist in the Campbell Conference's 9-3 victory over the Wales Conference. "MARCEL DIONNE" printed on the upper handle of this CCM PPLM 1001 Duralite game-ready hockey stick. "35rd NHL ALL-STAR GAME FEB. 8TH 1983 NASSAU COLISEUM UNIONDALE N.Y. MARCEL DIONNE - TEAM CAPTAIN" printed on blade. Clear tape also covering blade. The shaft is team-signed with roughly half the autographs legible due to the fading of the pens on the wood.
Includes a Letter of Provenance from The Newport Sports Museum.
