NBA Hall of Famer James Worthy was a huge part of the legendary Lakers championship teams in the 1980's that captured three world titles during his tenure. The seven-time All-Star was voted on of the 50 Greatest Players in NBA History in 1996. Worthy played in 926 NBA regular season games averaging 17.6 points 5.1 rebounds and three assists per game. He played in 143 playoff games and averaged 21.1 points 5.2 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game.
The New Balance Size 14D shoes are simply spectacular with the purple and gold leather highlights on each side including the distinctive New Balance "N." He has signed each shoe on the left side of the heel penning his name in blue ballpoint.
The New Balance purple silver and gold cloth label appears on the top of the tongue of each shoe. The shoes shows some game use but remain remarkably pristine and with all elements intact and largely as-issued. This is a great piece in simply superb condition from one of the most revered players in NBA history.
