This home white knit gamer by Maska was worn by left winger Glen Currie during the 1979-80 NHL season his rookie campaign with the club that would be the first of six years with the team before finishing his career (118 points) with the Los Angeles Kings for two seasons. The Capitals' logo appears across the front in blue and red tackle twill letter with embroidered "Washington" in red stitching. The alternating red and blue tackle twill stars are across the front; Currie's name appears on the back in blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. His No. 12 is on the back in blue and red tackle twill. His No. 12 is also featured on the sleeves in blue on red tackle twill directly above the five alternating red and blue stars.The jersey has the red and blue highlight on the shoulders sleeves and waist with MASKA embroidered in white stitching along the back tail of the waist.The game wear on this jersey consists of extensive stick and puck marks most notably on the front and sleeves with an enormous number of team repairs on both sleeves.
