1975 Peter Oosterhuis Team Europe Ryder Cup golf bag used in the matches played September 19-21 at Laurel Valley Golf Club in Ligonier Pennsylvania. The USA defeated Great Britain in the tournament but Oosterhuis bested Johnny Miller in a Sunday singles match. English Union Jack and Irish flags at top of front with British lion symbol and "RYDER CUP 1975" below. Bag displays excellent match use.
Includes a photo of Oosterhuis with his caddie and this back plus a 11/12/2002 unsigned email from his caddie telling how Oosterhuis gave him the bag at the end of the tournament.
Includes Letter of Provenance from the Newport Sports Museum.
