This 1974 Topps "1973 Strikeout Leaders" card pairs two of the most dominant power pitchers of their generation — Nolan Ryan of the California Angels and Tom Seaver of the New York Mets — sharing space on a single iconic leaders subset card. Graded PSA NM-MT 8, the card presents vivid, well-centered portraits of both future Hall of Famers against their respective ballpark backdrops, framed by the bold yellow league-leader banners.

 

The reverse provides the complete 1973 strikeout leaderboards for both leagues, with Ryan's staggering 383 strikeouts topping the American League and Seaver's 251 leading the National League — numbers that still rank among the most dominant single seasons in pitching history.
