This Flamengo home jersey dating to the 1973-75 period was match worn by the great Zico during his celebrated tenure with the storied Rio de Janeiro club. Easily the greatest player in club history, Zico scored 354 goals in 485 official matches during his initial 1971-83 tenure, adding another 20 goals in 66 matches during a later period from 1985-89. Flamengo is one of only two Brazilian Série A clubs never relegated from Brazil's top division of professional football (the other being São Paulo). The attacking midfielder was a staple on the Brazilian National Team from 1976-86, finishing with 48 goals in 71 caps.

Manufactured by Athleta, the shirt is constructed in a sturdy lightweight cotton fabric in Flamengo's iconic horizontal stripe pattern — alternating broad red and deep black/charcoal bands running the full length of the body and the sleeves, with matching black rib-knit collar trim and black sleeve cuffs. The CRF (Clube de Regatas do Flamengo) interlocking monogram crest is applied to the left chest as an embroidered patch in gold/silver thread. The interior neck carries a red "Athleta" brand label — the Brazilian sportswear manufacturer that outfitted multiple Brazilian clubs during this period.

The number "10" appears on the reverse in large white block letters, applied as sewn-on fabric numerals against the striped background, presented without a nameplate in the style standard to Brazilian club football of the era. Zico's autograph has been applied to the front chest panel in grey/silver marker, partially crossing the red and black stripes. The jersey shows age and honest wear consistent with a mid-1970s match-worn piece, including general fabric aging and light soiling across the cotton ground.
