The self-proclaimed "straw that stirred the drink" Reggie Jackson was a winner wherever he played. The outspoken flamboyant muscular outfielder played in 17 post-season series earning five World Series rings over a 16-year stretch. He won the home run title playing for 3 different teams and provided some of the most dramatic home runs in baseball history. His three-home run performance in Game 6 of the 1977 World Series stands as a signature moment in the history of the Fall Classic and forever earned him the title Mr. October.

Dating from the early years of Reggies career in Oakland when Champaign showers became a Fall tradition this Hillerich & Bradsby model J93 Reggie Jackson professional model bat exhibits evidence of outstanding use with a handle crack that has been professionally repaired. Some checking (grain swelling) from repeated ball contact is visible on the left and back barrel. Many ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on the right left and back barrel and there is a light coat of pine tar on the handle. The model number (193) is stamped into the knob. Jackson's number (9) and 'Jax' are written on the knob and top barrel in black marker. A Reggie Jackson signature is on the front barrel in blue marker.

Includes a LOA from John Taube of PSA/DNA (GU8.5)

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
