Presented here is a mid-grade, 176-card complete set of 1965 Topps Football plus 92 duplicates and one original wax pack wrapper! First-year appearances of Joe Namath and Fred Biletnikoff, along with dozens of AFL greats, highlight this condition-sensitive (due to their larger size) "2 1/2 x 4 11/16" Topps production. The two key rookies cards have been graded: #122 Joe Namath PSA EX 5 and #133 Fred Biletnikoff PSA VG-EX 4. Other notable Hall of Famers include: #3 Nick Buoniconti VG-EX, #46 Willie Brown (RC) EX-MT, #69 George Blanda VG-EX, #91 Bobby Bell VG-EX, #94 Buck Buchanan VG-EX, #99 Len Dawson VG, #121 Don Maynard NM, #145 Jim Otto EX-MT, #155 Lance Alworth NM and #168 Ron Mix EX. One of the most classic sets of all time, the 1965 "Tall Boys" are a favorite of collectors and dealers alike. This lot features many more grading opportunities to start or upgrade your collection.
