Signatures include HOFers Mantle Berra and Ford as well as Howard Kubek Richardson Terry Pepitone Tresh and more. Maris is absent. Blue and black ink signatures range from 6-9 out of 10 with the majority being 8-9/10 on a fairly clean white ball. N. York 1963 is written over stamping in red ink.
