The 1960 Pittsburgh Pirates appeared to be outmatched by one of the finest Yankees team in history featuring Mantle and Maris. However the Pirates managed to force a game 7 and miraculously pulled off a 10-9 victory on Bill Mazeroski’s walk off home run to deep left field. To this day Mazeroski’s game winning home run is still one of baseball’s most dramatic.
Offered is a ticket stub from that very event in PSA VG 3 encapsulation. A glorious ticket stub from Forbes field that has really strong color and virtually no defects save for the usual toning and edge wear from handling. Nice addition to any serious ticket or stub collection.
