1957 Pacific Coast League Championship 10K Gold ring presented to starting pitcher harry Dorish. Dorish went 9-12 with a 3.32 ERA for the 1st Place San Francisco Seals. Previous to this Dorish had pitcher in the majors from 1947 through 1956. Red stone on top surrounded by 1957 PACIFIC COAST LEAGUE CHAMPIONS". Ball glove and crossed bats design on one side with "SAN FRANCISCO SEALS" and their logo on the other. Inside stamped "BALFOUR 10K" and engraved Harry Dorish. 1957 would be the last season for the fabled San Francisco Seals as the New York Giants would come to town the following year. Ring size 11 1/2. Weight 18 grams.
Pair of 5/21/97 letters from the Strike Zone which sold the ring originally.
