1957 Louisville Golden Gloves Boxing Tournament Program features the earliest appearance of Cassius Clay in a boxing publication. The 15 year old Clay won the Novice Middleweight Division. Program is loaded with sponsors and advertisements plus biographies and photos of all the officials involved. Program itself has some creasing but displays very well. The center page listing all the divisions and fighters has multiple ink marks where the original owner crossed off the losing fighters as the matches took place. Great early piece of Muhammad Ali memorabilia.
