Nice collection of 12 items from the 1956 Brooklyn Dodgers tour of Japan.
- Dodgers Good Will Tour Of Japan paper identification badge (5" in diameter). Large "52" printed at bottom. Excellent unused condition.
- 6 ticket stubs and 1 full ticket to games played by the Dodgers while in Japan. Tickets have baseball themes on front. Range from VG to EX.
- 4 different Japanese publications relating to the tour. 1) Appears to be a yearbook/program with photos of all the players on the tour. Newcombe image on cover and Newcombe has autographed it. 2) Smaller yearbook with Willard Mullin artwork on front. Also contains photos of all the players on the tour. 3) Publication loaded with Dodger player photos. Pee Wee Reese on one cover. 4) Japanese Baseball Magazine with image of Japanese player being tossed in air by his teammates.
This substantive lot includes many individual rarities with break value likely in the $3000+ range.
