Beautiful Full unused ticket to Game 7 of the 1955 World Series between the New York Yankees and Brooklyn Dodgers played at Yankee Stadium in New York on October 4 1955. Young south paw Johnny Podres pitched a complete game 2-0 shut out and Dodger stalwart Gil Hodges drove in both runs to give Brooklyn their first and only World Championship. Sandy Amoros who had just came into the game that inning made a spectacular catch off a drive from Yogi Berra with 2 on in the 6th to save the game. Ticket super clean with bright color. Not certain why it only received a NM-MT 8.Outstanding piece of Brooklyn Dodger history! The highest graded full ticket to this landmark game handled by PSA.
